If you are unhappy with any product supplied by Lester Press Limited in any way, please complete our product returns form immediately. We will do our best to rectify the issues.
If you are unhappy with the goods, then in accordance with the Consumer Act, you can return them within 7 days of receiving them.
However, you must contact Lester Press Limited first in order for us to give you details of where to return the goods to.
The cost of carriage will be covered at the customers’ own expense.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Whilst every effort is made in ensuring the goods leave our premises undamaged, we cannot 100% guarantee that the goods will arrive in pristine condition.
Should you discover that a product has been damaged in transit, then you must contact us as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next.
